At Lemega Audio, we take our responsibility for the environment seriously. As a manufacturer and supplier of electronic products, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our activities and supporting our customers in doing the same.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive

The WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU) aims to reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment being sent to landfill and to promote the reuse, recycling, and recovery of such products.

In line with these requirements:

  • Lemega Audio products are designed and manufactured to comply with applicable environmental legislation.

  • All of our electronic products are marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. This indicates that they should not be disposed of with normal household waste.

  • Customers should take their end-of-life Lemega products to an authorised collection facility, where they will be recycled in an environmentally responsible way.

Our Commitment

  • We work with approved component suppliers and production partners who share our commitment to environmental responsibility.

  • We continually assess opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and extend product lifecycles.

  • Where possible, we design products and packaging to be recyclable and to minimise environmental impact.

What Customers Can Do

  • Please dispose of your Lemega product responsibly, using your local WEEE recycling collection facilities.

  • Do not dispose of electrical items in household waste bins.

  • Contact your local authority, recycling centre, or waste collection service for details on how and where to recycle WEEE products in your area.
